I had dump some screens, can send them to you if needed. I tried to unlock bootloader a few times on using different version of NOSs. Only I can do is recover it by using “Windows Device Recovery Tool” and choose the correct recovery package. The device hangs up even perform hard reset by pressing Power + Vol Down buttons. The screen showed “Sending loader…” then no response even waiting for 30mins. But it hang up when start unlocking bootloader. But I found that this new Lumia 920 (China version) bootloader can’t be unlocked. I had a chance to buy a brand new Lumia 920 in Mainland China last month. But due to hardware problem, it always hot and drain my battery within 6 hours since last three months. I followed your instruction to unlock my Lumia 920 (HK version) successfully and upgraded it to Windows Phone 10.
